Garden & Beautification – Help coordinate flower plantings and seasonal decorations in traffic circles and flowerbeds throughout our neighborhood.  Consider adopting a traffic circle or flowerbed

Meeting Refreshment – Plan and set up light refreshments for our neighborhood meetings.

Communication – Keep our website updated, post important information on the CVNA Facebook page, send out monthly email newsletters, and coordinate other CVNA communications.

Picnic – The CVNA Annual Picnic requires dozens of volunteers and is our Association’s largest annual event. Help is needed with planning, set-up/tear-down, and coordination during the event.

Fundraising – CVNA relies on volunteers and donations to exist. Help write grants and seek donations to help with all of our Association’s programs including: meeting refreshments, flowers and decorations, newsletters, the Annual Picnic, and more.

Newsletter – Twice a year, our Association writes, designs, prints, and delivers a paper newsletter to the over 1,300 homes and businesses in our neighborhood. Volunteers are needed for all aspects of this effort, especially delivery.

Welcoming – Make new, and prospective, Colonial Village neighbors feel right at home. Say hello, share resources, help connect them to our Association, and be an ambassador for our area.
